What is health

Before answering the question in the title, we have to understand what health is and what spirituality has to do with it. 

The loss of health we consider everything that causes us physical or psychological discomfort. However, we are conscious of this carnal ailment, or of the nervous system, when we feel discomfort or lack of energy, or sensations of anguish, sadness, etc. Generally, we do not know the origin of these physical discomforts, sometimes we can decipher it. And if I tell you, before the body warns us with pain, our energies are already telling us to take action. Unfortunately, most of us are not aware of this kind of warning, but animals are. I am not talking about sudden damage, for example, when you cut your skin, or hit your knee, we would be seers if we could predict and avoid it; I am talking about the energetic frequency, corporal or spiritual (aura perhaps) that warns us that the body is about to enter into defensive action to heal something, it will produce pain (which is inflammation) and we will have to act on it. 


The aura reflects our ailments 

It is already proven, scientifically, that when a person has ailments in some part of his body, the halo of light emanating from the body is observable. Generally in a healthy body, this light is bluish in color and the peaks of rays are uniform, in the case of ailment, the color varies towards a reddish tone, depending on the severity of the problem with irregular peaks of rays. These ''auras'' were observed in young athletes and in sedentary people and the difference was brutal. 

I remember to have seen a documentary about a rather curious research, about the auras that emanates a body. (I can not locate more precise data of names of the characters, when I find I will add links to research, if anyone knows, please provide me to include). 

In a village in Russia lived or lives an old lady, who never sick of anything, and researchers went to meet and scan her biofield. It turns out that she has totally blue and regular aura for such an advanced age. In fact, it was more regular than that of any athlete. I don't remember very well what technology they used to scan his energy, it is possible that they used Kirlian photography.

Now, out of common sense, we can try to explain certain patterns. Our body emanates heat, this can be seen with infrared camera. When we suffer an ailment is equal to an inflammation that produces our own biology, to heal the affected part, an inflammation is equal to the increase of heat, so infrared camera will detect a reddish color sharper in the affected part due to the increase of temperature in this part. So far so good and clear. But what about a blue color that surrounds our whole body, and what about irregular ray peaks. This is already detected by some devices today, Kirlian photography could be one of them. 


Dogs smell our sickness before it hurts

The only thing that is understandable for ordinary people at the moment is, that we have different energies in our body that are altered due to the impact to our physical body, and these energies come into action before the body warns with some ailment. We know that this is also the case, given the research with dogs that smelled tumors and cancers before the patients were aware of their existence. The physical body does not always warn in time of the evil, but yes, the altered energy of our body. The dog smells alteration of the hormones, and the different smell produced by the sick person, (it is possible that it is this). What if it is not only this? What if it perceives alteration of this energy too? We know that dogs are hypersensitive to electromagnetic fields, and different energetic frequencies, they could be excellent doctors (but they are dogs, nobody pays attention to them).

We have dealt a little bit with the understanding about the energy and bioenergy of the human being. We know that we harbor them and that they are vital to us and that they will have some functions. Many religions talk about different energies, for Catholics the saints have a halo of light over their heads, for Hindus they are the chakras, for Taoists the Qui etc. There are different names and meanings, and all are of vital importance. 

So how do I use them and regain my health? I would not like to go into a speculative field, since we have not even explored in depth what is demonstrable and coherent.


FOOD

They say: You are what you eat. This says it all. Come on, are we beef or lettuce? And we are not going to think like that, but in a more energetic (not spiritual) format. Food provides us with energy, and some foods provide more than others. Different nutrients and minerals serve different metabolic functions. There are totally harmful foods and totally healing foods, and each person is a separate world with his or her own unique needs. The Adamo brothers have written an investigation on how each blood group is affected by the consumption of different foods. Curious case that at least my ailments for my blood group, it seems that they were inspired by me. In other words, they gave the finger to the eye. Could it be true? They do not promulgate veganism, to the disappointment of animal advocates, but I leave you the link and book where you can investigate on your own. 

Then, without going any further, we have a lot of information that we are told by the media, conventional doctors and our grandmothers: white sugar and its excess is bad, refined flours are bad, overly processed products are bad, fried -bad etc.. What if we start there, at least eliminating those things that we know are bad for us. Because we usually go to the doctor to get an ointment for the pain in our eye, while we keep poking it with our finger; wouldn't it be easier to stop poking ourselves with our finger. This is the same with food that we know hurts us, but we continue to consume. It is also vitally important to consume enough water, as our body is 75% water, and to alter this figure is to subject ourselves to imbalance. Drink treated water, as it is said that it has memory. 


MOVEMENT

Our body is designed to be in balance between movement and rest. Movement stimulates vital energy, which in turn stimulates movement of all the particles of the body, and these stimulate other energies. Therefore, people who are more physically active have more energy, and people who are more sedentary are more tired. This is trained with a little willpower. The cells that work with more energy, clean our body of toxins more frequently and more efficiently. In fact, they get used to this amount of energy flow and demand more and more.  And well, as you can see, there is not much science here today.

It is also vitally important to know how to rest. Rest and physical activity must be in absolute balance. Do not ignore the body's signals, if you feel tired, you should rest, if you lack energy, you should do some sport. It sounds similar to be tired and have little energy, but it is not the same, try to identify.  


THE MIND

The brain consumes a lot of vital energy, especially when we sleep. When a person spends a lot of time with negative thoughts he will feel tired, and when the thoughts are positive he tends to have more energy. You will have seen depressive people that when observing their postures, they are decayed, shrunken with pale, bluish complexion color (as without life), and those smiling and cheerful seem to look, in fact they are very attractive. Negative people usually consume large amounts of energy in and around them to get out of their dark state, so you feel that you also get tired being in the company of a depressive (predator) person, as they steal your energy, and the positive person gives you the excesses, recharges you. Consciously, whether you are healthy or with ailments, try to look for joy at all costs, because this energy will be useful to support any therapies and get out as soon as possible of the ailment. Avoid negative environments, negative information and run away from "predatory" people. Surround yourself with what is good for you. 


ENVIRONMENT

We have already mentioned in other posts about the impact of synthetic electromagnetic frequencies in our organism, we will touch it again in more depth in future articles. And is that the environments where we spend good time, such as our home, office or place of rest, impact us with their vibrational waves either positive or negative. You already know how much damage produces us the electromagnetic frequencies of the electronic equipment that is full our environment. And not only the household appliances impact us, but also the natural magnetic frequencies, telluric, for example. Likewise, the shape of square houses generates harmful frequencies, or different colors, which decorate our habitat. All this impacts positively or negatively on our health. And it is not pseudoscience, it is proven science, leaving aside the mysteries. 

It is of vital importance to spend time in nature and away from the cities and current constructions, so that our frequencies are balanced with those of nature, this is very good for health. 

And in general, balance, whether biological or energetic, is very important for our life. Conventional doctors already say, a balanced diet is good, a balanced physical activity is good, a balanced mind is good and so on. There is not much science here, only consciousness. 

Spirituality has a lot to do with all this advice, since God is Energy, the All, creator and destroyer, in order to achieve universal balance. And as we have said, a disease is an imbalance of something. Whether it is food, lack of exercise, or being in negative environments, in the absence of this balance, the body, which is the universal creation, the materialized energy, gets sick. As I said this Universal energy is creative and destructive, it destroys our organism or something inside it, to balance the order, and so that we do not die, we have to become aware and on our own start balancing everything. This is the only way.
